• Branded Items: No returns or exchanges on customized/logoed gear unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Unbranded Stock: 7-day return window for unused items in original packaging (courier costs for customer's account).

• Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to large bulk returns of unbranded stock.

• Hygiene Items: PPE (masks, earplugs, etc.) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

• Branded Orders: Dispatch in 7–10 business days after artwork approval.

• Unbranded Orders: Dispatch in 2–4 business days from payment.

• Local (Gauteng): R100 flat rate or Free over R1,500.

• National (SA): R150 flat rate to major hubs (3–5 day transit).

• Collection: Free pickup available from our Randburg office by appointment.
